Our manufacturing process for FRP/GRP poles for export is based on pultrusion and filament winding.
- Pultrusion: Our primary production process for poles 6 meters and under. We introduce continuous fiberglass rovings into a resin bath. The soaked fibers are then processed into a preliminary shape and moved through a sequence of pre-heated dies to cure. The process culminates with secondary operations, subject to requirements.
- Filament winding: Our go-to production methodology for poles 7 meters and larger. Resin-impregnated fibers spin at a constant angle and rate around a mandrel. Heat treatment cures the thermosetting resin, bringing the product to its final form.
